If you’re passionate about MEP systems, coordination, and working on technically challenging projects with global exposure — you’ll feel at home here.You might already find us online — building something impactful, as always.Role Overview: BIM MEP EngineerAs a BIM MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering BIM models and drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and IBMS systems. You’ll work closely with Architectural, Structural, and Project Management teams, ensuring coordinated and constructible BIM outputs.This role is ideal for engineers who want to grow from modeling into strong BIM coordinators and future project leads.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage MEPF BIM models using Revit in line with project BEPs and standardsPrepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated construction documentationPerform clash detection and coordination using NavisworksCoordinate with Architectural and Structural teams to resolve design and spatial conflictsReview design inputs and raise design discrepancies, observations, and coordination issuesEnsure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with codes, standards, and project requirementsSupport project managers during coordination meetings, reviews, and client submissionsContribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and QA/QC processesQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering02–05 years of experience in BIM MEP projectsStrong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCADGood understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and IBMS systemsExperience working on Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Industrial projectsKnowledge of BIM coordination, LOD requirements, and documentation workflowsStrong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindsetClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplinesWhat Makes This Role ExcitingWork on large-scale, technically complex BIM MEP projectsExposure to National, international clients, standards, and coordination workflowsOpportunities for overseas travel and global project involvement (project-based)Clear growth path into BIM Coordinator / BIM Lead / Project Engineer rolesHands-on learning from experienced BIM and engineering professionalsStrong focus on quality, constructability, and real-world project deliveryA culture built on ownership, accountability, and teamworkWho Should ApplyEngineers who want to build a long-term career in BIM MEP, not just modelingProfessionals excited by coordination, problem-solving, and multidisciplinary teamworkDetail-oriented individuals who consistently meet deadlines and take ownershipCandidates available for immediate or short-notice joiningReady to Engineer the Future with Us?Join Blueprints Design and be part of a team that believes in smart engineering, strong processes, and meaningful growth.Blueprints Design – Transforming Projects.
