Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst for the Product Team , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and ensuring the successful implementation of product-focused business solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business needs related to product development.
- Assist in gathering and documenting product-specific requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Document Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Product Backlog, BRD, SRS, FRS, Workflow, Use Case Documentation, Screen-Mock-ups, User Manuals, etc.
- Simplify and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for the development team.
- Manage requirements throughout the SDLC, ensuring alignment with product goals and managing change requests effectively.
- Conduct analysis to elicit detailed product requirements and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Support the validation and analysis of product data to identify trends, usage patterns, and customer insights.
- Contribute to product performance reviews by providing meaningful analytics and insights.
- Work closely with the Product Manager, Business Analysts, and development teams to support the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with product strategy and meet client expectations.
- Assist in sprint planning, tracking progress, and reporting on the status of product initiatives.
- Maintain product documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and product roadmaps.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating product-related discussions, workshops, and presentations.
- Prepare materials and documentation to effectively communicate product progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and review deliverables such as Test Plans, Test Cases, and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Contribute to the refinement of product processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for improving product delivery and provide suggestions to enhance the overall user experience.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, product standards, and best practices in all deliverables.
- Maintain data security and confidentiality while handling sensitive product information.
- Stay updated on product management trends, industry advancements, and best practices.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills related to product and business analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with the product team, development team, and stakeholders across various departments to achieve product goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with development team to manage client's expectations
Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile environment.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
