The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to employees and management.QualificationsProficiency in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisitionThis role is requires to work US eastern standard timeStrong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practicesExperience in compliance with US labor laws and regulationsAbility to develop and implement HR policies and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in HR management for 5 yearsProficient in Google Workspace and MS OfficeExperience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
