Position: Chartered Accountant

Location: Gurgaon Sector 74 A
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
GST & TDS Compliance:
Handle GST returns, reconciliation, and filings.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and timely submissions.
Software Proficiency:
Effectively utilize Zoho Books and Xero for financial data management, reporting, and analysis.
Troubleshoot and optimize workflows in these software tools.
Taxation & Audits:
Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns.
Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and insights.
Financial Planning:
Analyze financial data to provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
Work with management to optimize financial operations and reduce cost
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certified.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Xero is a must.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently
