About the Job:
As a Lead trainer, you will be working with business and support teams to effectively identify needs, create and deliver customer specific programs & learning journeys. Create and deliver flagship leadership development programs.
This role is exclusively open for Leadership Trainers and is not for L&D Program Managers or Learning Partners.
Job Role: Lead Facilitator
Location : Noida and Pune
Education: Master’s degree in business administration/ HR/ Psychology
Qualification in Instructional Design (preferable)
Key Responsibility Areas:
Offer leadership and managerial development training to senior level in the organization through role-based programs.
Assess the success of training programs and workshops through robust effectiveness checks.
Support the program manager in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics for behavioral and managerial programs.
Support other initiatives as necessary including Women’s Leadership Development, etc.
Creating blended learning programs with micro learning content, & playlists curation
Skills Required:
12-15 years of dedicated Facilitation & Training experience.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in designing and delivering instructor led sessions in in-person and virtual formats.
Experience in developing e learning content preferable
Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; stakeholder management
Ability to build rapport with employees
Resourceful, analytical & proactive in approach
Strong trainer presence, ability to research and create quality content.
