Responsibilities and Duties Engage with potential clients via email, phone and chats to understand their needs and provide the required learning solutions Counsel clients who contact us and suggest courses to match their requirements Become the point of contact for the enrolled participants and follow up with them till they finish the course Manage leads on CRM Maintain good relationship with the existing participants Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
