We are committed to making brands not just seen but felt worldwide through forward-thinking strategies and market insights.Creative Producer — Fiction & Micro-Drama ContentRole OverviewWe are looking for a Creative Producer to lead fiction-led micro-drama content—from script vetting to shoot oversight to vendor management. This role ensures narrative strength, efficient execution, and consistent creative quality.Key Responsibilities:- Review and refine scripts for short-form fiction and creator-led dramas.- Collaborate with writers and directors to elevate narrative structure and performance.- Oversee pre-production, shoots, and post-production across multiple projects.- Manage production vendors, crews, studios, casting, and post partners.- Build a strong vendor ecosystem for cinematography, art, sound, edit, and colour.- Ensure all deliverables meet creative, budget, and timeline expectations.Requirements:- 5–8 years in fiction, branded content, or digital entertainment production.- Strong understanding of scripts, storytelling, and on-ground execution.- Proven experience managing end-to-end shoots and multi-layered production teams.
