We're looking for a FULL TIME talented and innovative DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER to develop and implement a result-oriented social media strategy, drive traffic to our website, generate leads, and improve our website's SEO and domain authority.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to increase followers, likes, shares, and comments
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our website and generate leads
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising channels
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI
- Optimize landing pages and website content for better conversion rates
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve website rankings and domain authority
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and other similar tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, and SEO
- Proven track record of success in driving traffic, generating leads, and improving website rankings
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO principles
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and project management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the sports industry or with a football club
- Knowledge of website design and development
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, ETC
