Position Overview:

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and implementing human resource strategies, policies, and processes to support the organization's mission and objectives. This position requires a proactive and dynamic professional with 3+ years of experience, capable of managing HR operations and ensuring compliance while fostering a positive work environment.

As part of a global non-profit organization, the HR Executive will engage with diverse teams across geographies and contribute to the creation of an inclusive, motivated, and effective workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and operational HR processes.

Performance Management and Development:

  • Support performance management processes and coordinate training programs.
  • Assist in workshops and learning initiatives.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and promote workplace culture.
  • Implement engagement, wellness, and diversity initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and assist with audits or reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a non-profit, global, or multicultural work environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employment laws.
  • Experience with HR software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
