We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Materials to oversee procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations for our fast-growing network of preschools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective material management strategies across all centers.
Manage procurement and timely supply of educational materials, infrastructure, and other required resources.
Oversee inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels across multiple locations.
Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to anticipate material needs and forecast demand.
Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, including adherence to Makoons' privacy and confidentiality standards.

Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage materials for multiple centers efficiently.
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
