Essential Qualification: M.

A.

in Economics/Sociology with UGC NET and Ph.

D.

in Economics/ Sociology or a related field.

Candidates who submitted their Ph D thesis are also welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidature: Candidates who are specializing in the development of economics/ sociology or international economics/ sociology.

Candidates who are experienced in academic program design and curriculum development Candidates have good pedagogical skills, evidence of high-quality research publications, and the ability to formulate research proposals for seeking extramural funding at both national/international levels.

Candidates with international exposure will be an added advantage for consideration.
