Location: Gota, Ahmedabad - (Onsite Only) Salary: Up to 4.2 LPA

Timing: 10:00 am To 6pm: Monday to Saturday

Experience: Minimum 1 Year.

 

We are seeking a versatile UX/UI and Graphics Designer who excels at both designing intuitive user experiences and creating captivating visuals. The ideal candidate will play a dual role, focusing on both digital product design and marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


1. UX/UI Design

-Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and behaviors.

-Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for digital products.

-Design user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and improve usability.

-Test designs through user feedback and analytics to iterate for better performance.

-Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.


2. Graphics Design

-Develop visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, and other branding assets.

-Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency.

-Design promotional assets for campaigns and product launches, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

-Produce motion graphics and video edits (if applicable) for dynamic content needs.


3. Collaboration & Communication

-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure cohesive design execution.

-Translate business requirements into creative visual concepts.

-Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders effectively.


4. Tools and Documentation

-Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to deliver high-quality outputs.

-Document design processes, guidelines, and assets for development and marketing use.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

-2+ years of experience in UX/UI design and graphic design.

-Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of user-centric design projects and creative graphics.

-Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (a plus).
