Key Responsibilities:

· Linux Commands: Utilize Linux commands for system management, scripting, and automation tasks as needed.

· Ignition: Support and manage Ignition SCADA systems, including at least 2 full implementation projects. Expertise in Ignition modules such as Vision Unlimited, Ignition Perspective, Web Browser, Machine Connectivity, Alarm Notification, SQL Bridge, Tag Historian, and Reporting.

· PostgreSQL Databases: Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases, ensuring efficient operation and performance.

· Qlik CDC: Integrate and analyze data using Qlik CDC.

· Power BI: Understand Interactive reports and dashboards created in Power BI.

· HiveMQ: Utilize HiveMQ for MQTT-based messaging and integration in IoT environments.

· Machine Connectivity: Configure and manage machine connectivity solutions to integrate with industrial systems.

· Network: Good to have Network knowledge (Firewall, Network Drops, Port Configuration etc.)

· Kepware: Expertise in Kepware software for industrial data connectivity and integration with OPC server products & Ignition.

· Integration and Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to SCADA applications systems (Preferred OEE Applications) , including integration with various connectivity’s like OPC server products, Qlik CDC, Snowflakes, Kafka.

· Process Design: Design and optimize SCADA processes, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to best practices.

· Project Coordination: Work with customers and multiple consultants to guide the design, testing, Support / Troubleshooting’s and implementation of SCADA solutions.

· Lean Manufacturing: Apply principles of Lean manufacturing to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· MQTT Modules: Utilize and configure MQTT modules within Ignition.

Requirements:

· Experience: 2+ years in supporting Ignition, PostgreSQL, and Kepware software.

· Implementation Projects: At least 2 full Ignition SCADA implementation projects.

· Skills: Proficient in process design with SCADA systems, PostgreSQL Server, Python scripting, Linux Command, Sever Performance.

· Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of SCADA Ignition modules, OPC server, Qlik, Snowflake, Kafka integration, and MQTT modules.

· Communication: Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

· Project Management: Experience in determining resource requirements, managing team responsibilities, and coordinating with Project Managers.

· Knowledge: Familiarity with PLCs, their integration for shop floor data capture, Ignition architecture design, and EON configuration.

· Lean Manufacturing: Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
