We’re Hiring | Generative AI Lead / Principal EngineerAre you passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM solutions that shape the future of intelligent automation?We’re looking for an experienced AI leader to drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of large-scale AI systems.Role: Generative AI Lead / Principal EngineerExperience: 10–12 yearsEmployment Type: Full-Time (FTE)Location: RemoteNotice Period: Immediate / up to 20 daysKey Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Define the AI vision, technical direction, and best practices for the Generative AI team.- AI Strategy & Roadmap: Identify and execute high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.- Model Development: Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs).- Multimodal AI: Integrate text, image, and 3 D data for intelligent, automated workflows.- Scalable Systems: Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows.- Cloud & MLOps: Train, deploy, and scale models using AWS and modern MLOps tools.- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.- Mentorship: Coach and upskill ML/AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practices.- Research: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in Generative AI and multimodal learning.Qualifications- Bachelor’s in CS/ML/AI or related field (Master’s/Ph D preferred).- 5+ years’ experience in ML/Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision.- Expertise in Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs, etc.).- Experience with multimodal datasets (text, image, 3 D).- Strong coding skills in Python, Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Num Py, pandas.- Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and optimization.- Hands-on with AWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.If you’re ready to lead innovation in Generative AI and drive next-gen solutions — we’d love to connectDM me or share your profile at:✉️ #Generative AI #AIJobs #LLM #Deep Learning #Machine Learning #Hiring #Remote Jobs #AILeadership #Tech Careers#
