The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the company’s specifications. Day-to-day tasks include front-end and back-end development, creating and designing web pages, programming, and ensuring the sites are visually appealing and user-friendly.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain responsive websites using Word Press, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS/JS frameworks.Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to convert UI/UX designs into interactive websites.Implement SEO best practices, website speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.Integrate third-party tools like CRMs, forms, analytics, and tracking codes.Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.Manage hosting, domains, and website maintenance updates.Ensure websites meet accessibility, performance, and security standards.Work closely with the marketing team to support website-related campaigns and landing pages.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Proven experience in website design and development (minimum 2–4 years).Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, j Query, PHP, and My SQL.Proficiency with Word Press (custom themes, plugins, Elementor, Divi, etc.) or Webflow.Knowledge of SEO-friendly development and Google Analytics/Tag Manager integration.Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for design handoff.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent attention to detail and creativity.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience and skillset.Opportunity to work with global clients and diverse projects.Creative and collaborative work environment.Career growth and learning opportunities.
