The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and resolving client queries efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting clients with service-related needs, collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and addressing any finance-related inquiries as needed. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the organization and its clients to foster trust and ongoing collaboration.Qualifications- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to address client needs and build strong relationships.- Exceptional Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients and internal teams (non-negotiable)- Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective problem-solving and attention to detail.- Basic understanding of Finance and financial processes to assist with client-related financial queries.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.- Previous experience in a client-facing or customer support role is an advantage.- Work From Office Role, 6 days a week.- 1-3 Years of Work Experience Required in a similar role.
