Location: Kashipur, UttarakhandEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: ManufacturingFunction: Human ResourcesJob Description:To lead HR Operations, ensuring efficient payroll, compensation & benefits, employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, and HR digital transformation to enhance operational excellence and employee experience.Key Responsibilities1. Payroll, Compensation & BenefitsManage end-to-end payroll and compensation processes.Administer benefits (health, insurance, incentives, retirement plans).Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.2. Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage onboarding, documentation, leave, and exit processes.Maintain employee records and HR database.Identify & implement process improvements.3. Rewards & C&B StrategyMaintain compensation structures and benefits governance.Support increments, promotions, and wage revisions.Ensure error-free and timely execution of C&B activities.4. Statutory ComplianceEnsure compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, CLRA, S&E, PF).Oversee statutory filings, payments, and audits.5. Digital HR & MISLead HR digitalization initiatives (Darwinbox).Enhance system adoption & process automation.Maintain accurate MIS dashboards and employee master data.6. Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and upskill the HR operations team.Conduct performance reviews and build successors.Major ChallengesEnsuring data accuracy in semi-automated processes.Keeping pace with regulatory changes.Compensation benchmarking.Skills & QualificationsMBA/PGDBM in HR.13–15 years’ experience (including 8+ in HR Operations).Expertise in Excel, HRIS (Darwinbox/SAP), statutory laws & data analytics.Strong communication, leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
