The ideal candidate will possess a strong background inSalesforce administration, configuration, and customization , along with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.Location:Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026)Employment Type:Full TimeKey ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Salesforce developers to deliverhigh-quality, scalable solutionsthat meet business requirements.Providetechnical guidance and mentorshipto team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Manage and prioritizeproject timelines, deliverables, and sprint goals , ensuring timely and quality delivery.Work closely with stakeholders togather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancementson the Salesforce platform.Performhands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customizationas needed.Conductcode reviewsand ensure adherence to Salesforcebest practices, coding standards, and security guidelines .Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including sales, marketing, and IT — to driveSalesforce initiativesthat align with business goals.Stay updated on the latestSalesforce features, releases, and best practices , and proactively share knowledge with the team.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .In-depth understanding ofSalesforce platform limitationsand ability to design effective workarounds.Strong expertise inLightning Web Components (LWC)development.Deep proficiency inApex programming , includingasynchronous and batch processing .Minimum8 years of experiencein Salesforce development.Minimum2 years of experienceas aDevelopment Team Lead .Proven experienceleading and managing Salesforce teams(developers and admins).Strong knowledge ofSalesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) .Salesforce certifications preferred —Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II .Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working in anAgile environmentis a plus.Ability tothrive in a fast-paced environmentand manage multiple priorities efficiently.Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written) .Work ArrangementImmediate onboarding preferred(within 2 weeks maximum).Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you’llwork from home— requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.FromJanuary 2026 , this role will transition toon-siteat ourKolkata office , with occasional work-from-home flexibility.Interested candidates can share their updated resume .
