With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.Perform payroll run & validation, reports reconciliation.Processing, Full & Final Settlement preparation.Manage HR Data through Local & Global ToolsContact point for HR team for various payroll/salary related queries.Resolving employee queries related to their salary.Closely working with Payroll and Exit Management teams for delivery as per SLA.Coordinating with External Vendors for timely execution of assigned services.Managing large employee database for analysis and Ad-hoc reports as per requirements.Relationship Management with cross functions and closely working with subject matter experts like C&B, Finance, HR Business Partners etc.Preparing Monthly MIS and DashboardsExecution of Human Resources policies and processesDeliver Human Resources services.Provide functional expertise.What you'll need: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience withinrequired area● Experience in Global payroll processing with preference to Middle East.● Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook).● Strong attention to detail.● Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.Who will excel?
