Strategic PR Planning: Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns aligned with the brand’s goals and objectives. Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. Pitch story ideas and manage media inquiries to secure high-quality coverage. Content Creation: Craft compelling and engaging content for press releases, blog posts, social media, and other communication channels. Collaborate with internal teams to generate content that highlights brand initiatives, products, and events. Brand Management: Monitor and analyze media coverage to gauge the effectiveness of PR efforts and adjust strategies as needed. Ensure brand consistency across all PR and communication materials. Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, influencer partnerships, and other PR activities. Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, guest lists, and on-site management. Crisis Management: ~ Develop crisis communication plans and manage PR-related issues or negative publicity. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on PR metrics, including media placements, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management. Manage and curate the local Instagram pages for each brand, crafting engaging content to boost visibility and community interaction. Monitor performance metrics and trends to enhance brand presence and align with local marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social media efforts with broader brand campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PR, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector. Proven track record of successful media relations and campaign management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand visibility. Proficiency in PR and media monitoring tools. Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands. Established network of media contacts in the retail industry. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in retail PR.
