Role & responsibilities:
Monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for incoming leads and direct messages from potential customers.
Engage with potential leads in a timely and professional manner to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries through direct messages, comments, and other communication channels.
Assist in creating lead nurturing strategies to turn inquiries into conversions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience or interest in social media marketing, customer service, or sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage leads professionally and effectively.
A strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing value to potential customers.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads at once in a fast-paced environment.
