Location: MumbaiExperience: Minimum 5 years in wealth/channel managementNotice Period / Gap: Up to 15 daysKey Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a high-net-worth portfolio with a minimum book size of ₹20 crore- Source clients via wealth channels—roles like ‘Privi RM’, ‘Burgundy RM’, ‘Wealth Manager’, ‘Imperia RM’, ‘Preferred RM’- Offer full-spectrum wealth advisory including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, debt, and lending solutions- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients- Coordinate with internal teams (trading, research, product) for seamless service delivery- Actively cross-sell across products to drive revenue and advisory impactKey Skills & Qualifications:- Proven portfolio management with book ≥₹20 CR in HNI/UHNI domain- Background in wealth-channel sourcing and managing premium client segments- Strong product knowledge: cash, derivatives, alternate investments, structured products- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client orientation- Ability to work in co-ordination with internal teams to fulfil client needsKPIs & Targets:- Book growth—₹20 CR minimum with incremental AUM- New HNI/UHNI acquisition numbers- Cross-sell ratio across financial product suite- Client satisfaction and retention metrics
