At Cogent IBS, we partner with clients to rapidly build, deploy, and scale AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact.We are seeking an experienced Sr. Python Developer with strong expertise in Python development and AWS cloud to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and tools.Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and tools for image processing, text, NLP, and analysis. Design and implement machine learning models for customer use cases. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions. Optimize and deploy machine learning models into production environments considering compliance, security, and scalability. Utilize libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation for various datasets. Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring robustness and efficiency. Stay updated with latest trends in AI/ML, DL, Gen AI, and Agentic AI technology to drive innovation.Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. 10+year of proven experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML, DL, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications. Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Langchain, Langgraph, etc. Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Vectors, etc. Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Hands-on deployment experience of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in team environments.
