Job Title: Food & Beverage ManagerLocation: Nirvana Sarovar Portico, GorakhpurJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate F&B operations at Nirvana Sarovar Portico, Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B operations from reputed hotels, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.Drive revenue through innovative promotions, cost control, and upselling strategies.Coordinate with culinary and other departments for seamless service delivery.Liaison with other departments to ensure efficient intra-departmental work environment.Requirements:Proven experience of 10+ years with reputed 4/5-star hotels.Excellent communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and guest service protocols.Excellent knowledge and skills for F&B service.
