Backend Developer – Node.js + PythonLocation: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai (hybrid)Experience: 3–6 YearsEmployment Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable)About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and Python to design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should be experienced in building scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-backed applications.You will collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to build robust, enterprise-grade solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend applications, APIs, and microservices using Python & Node.js .Convert business requirements into scalable, maintainable backend solutions.Write clean, reusable, optimized code following best practices and coding standards.Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and backend components.Develop data processing pipelines, automation scripts, and performance enhancements.Perform unit testing, debugging, and version control using Git & CI/CD pipelines.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field.3–6 years of strong backend development experience.Hands-on experience with Python frameworks: Django, FastAPI, or Flask.Good understanding of Node.js and modern backend practices.Strong knowledge of REST APIs , OOP concepts, and microservices architecture.Experience with databases: PostgreSQL , MySQL , MongoDB , and ORM tools.Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.Bonus: Experience with Pandas , NumPy , or AI/ML workflows.Key CompetenciesPython (Django / FastAPI / Flask)Node.js Backend DevelopmentAPI Development & IntegrationsCI/CD & Cloud DeploymentData Handling & Performance TuningAgile Collaboration & Problem SolvingInterested Candidates can share their CVS to
