Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and a passion for storytelling. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  1. Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Community Engagement:

  1. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and professional manner.

Strategy Development:

  1. Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
  2. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Prepare regular reports on social media insights and suggest improvements based on data.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  2. Collaborate with influencers and partners to create promotional content and campaigns.

Requirement & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship

experience is also acceptable).

● Strong understanding of various social media platforms and analytics tools.

● Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

● Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
