We’re looking for a hands-on PPC Expert to plan, launch, and scale high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing. You’ll own the entire funnel—from keyword & audience strategy to tracking, optimization, and reporting—focused on lowering CPL and improving ROAS for lead-gen and e-commerce clients (healthcare/dental services in UK experience is a plus).
Build & manage  Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and  Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
Conduct keyword research, match types strategy, and  negative keyword hygiene; Write and test high-converting  ad copy and assets (RSAs, headlines, sitelinks, callouts, images, videos).
and impression share/IS-lost analysis.
GA4, Google Ads, Enhanced Conversions, call tracking, and CRM/Offline Conversion Imports.
Create and maintain  Looker Studio dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
Launch and optimize  remarketing and  YouTube funnels; audience segmentation using first-party data.
Collaborate with content/SEO/dev teams on  landing pages & CRO (forms, UI/UX, speed, trust signals).
Monitor competitors, run A/B tests, and continuously improve  CPL/CPA/ROAS, CVR, CTR, QS .
4–5+ years managing sizable PPC budgets with demonstrable ROI.
~ Strong command of  Google Ads ,  Merchant Center ,  Meta Ads , and (nice)  Microsoft Advertising .
~ Advanced  Excel/Google Sheets ; Looker Studio reporting.
~ Google Ads Certification (current) and immediate availability.

Healthcare/dental  lead-gen experience un UK Market.
DataFeedWatch/Feed rules), basic HTML/CSS for landing tweaks, WordPress.
Experience with call-tracking tools (e.g., CallRail/Exotel), CRM integrations (HubSpot/Zapier), and O2C.
Competitive salary + performance incentives.

Office: 5/E (26) Port Blair Line (E), Chiriamore, Barrackpore, Kolkata –
Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (for walk-in interviews)
