Job Description:
We are seeking a Rust Engineer to develop high-performance trading systems with a focus on low latency and consistency. The role involves building and optimizing data pipelines, order management, and risk systems using advanced techniques like lock-free programming and hardware-aware optimizations. Proficiency in Rust, C, C++, or Go and expertise in concurrent programming and microsecond-level performance tuning are essential.
Responsibilities
Develop trading systems across multiple data centers, with a focus on low latency and consistency.
Design and implement robust, high-performance trading pipeline components, such as:
o Data ingestion, processing, and synchronization.
o Order management, execution, and risk systems.
Build resilient market microstructure processing functions.
Create efficient tracing and monitoring systems.
Optimize tick-to-trade latencies across the system using techniques such as:
o Lock-free data structures.
o Memory pooling and zero-allocation patterns.
o SIMD vectorization.
o Hardware-conscious data layouts.
Technical Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience.
Proficiency in one of the following languages: Rust, C, C++, or Go, with demonstrated experience in Rust.
Experience in building systems with high-performance requirements.
Expertise in optimizing for microsecond-level performance using profiling tools.
Strong background in concurrent and lock-free programming.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in building distributed systems with strong consistency requirements.
Proficiency in zero-copy serialization and low-latency networking.
Advanced Linux systems programming expertise.
In-depth understanding of market microstructure and order book mechanics.
