Client : LTIMINDTREEJob Type : C2HRole: Data visualizationExperience: 5 + yearsWork Location: ChennaiPayroll on : People Prime World WideNotice :0-15daysJob Description:Data VisualizerRole OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Data Visualizer with handson experience in Looker and Google Cloud Platform GCP to join our data engineering team The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into intuitive actionable visual insights that drive business decisions across departmentsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports using LookerCollaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand data models and business requirementsOptimize LookML models and explore layers for performance and scalabilityIntegrate GCP services BigQuery Cloud Storage Dataflow etc with Looker for seamless data visualizationEnsure data accuracy consistency and security across visualizationsTranslate business needs into technical specifications and visualization logicConduct user training and documentation for dashboard usage and selfservice analyticsMonitor and troubleshoot dashboard performance and data refresh issuesRequired Skills Qualifications4 years of experience in data visualization or BI developmentStrong proficiency in Looker including LookML dashboards and embedded analyticsSolid understanding of GCP services especially BigQuery Cloud Functions and IAMExperience with SQL and data modeling best practicesAbility to work with large datasets and optimize queries for performanceStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with other BI tools eg Tableau Power BI is a plusFamiliarity with CICD pipelines and version control for LookMLKnowledge of data governance and compliance standardsCertification in GCP or Looker is an advantage
