SAP Advanced Business Application Programming Developer

The SAP ABAP Technical Lead will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions on ECC and HANA platforms. The role requires close collaboration with functional consultants and key users to resolve issues, manage new developments, and support existing SAP MDG products. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP, S4 HANA, and be capable of managing and leading technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions on ECC and HANA platforms Design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions on both ECC and HANA platforms. Collaborate with functional consultants and key users to efficiently resolve day-to-day issues. Lead and manage new development initiatives while providing ongoing support for existing SAP MDG products. Ensure timely and independent solution delivery within the team's framework. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging, performance optimization, and user support. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability and quality of solutions. Provide post-delivery technical guidance and modifications to ensure smooth system usage by end users. Work extensively on Reports, IDoc/Proxies, Conversions, and core SAP functionalities Required Skills & Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of total experience in SAP development and implementation. Experience as a technical lead in 2–3 SAP S/4 HANA ABAP implementations over the last 3–5 years. Expertise in handling ABAP enhancements, change requests, and version upgrades. Strong proficiency in Reports, IDocs/Proxies, Conversions, and SAP Workflow. Advanced knowledge of OOABAP and RICEF objects (Reports, Enhancements, CDS, AMDP, IDOCs, BADIs, LSMW, BDC, ODATA). Experience with Fiori configuration and activation. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
