Role : Graphic Designer (Junior & Senior Levels) Location : Kothrud, Pune (On-site) Employment Type : Full-Time We are seeking talented and creative Graphic Designers to join our dynamic in-house team in Kothrud, Pune. Experience: We are open to a range of experiences, from recent graduates (0 years) to seasoned professionals (2+ years). Your title and responsibilities will be tailored to your experience level. For Junior candidates, we encourage you to include personal, academic, or freelance projects that showcase your skills and creativity. For Senior candidates, we expect a diverse portfolio of professional work in social media, branding (logos/packaging), and ideally, architectural graphics. Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Senior candidates should also possess strong project management skills and the ability to interpret client briefs independently. Design & Create : Produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media posts, stories, thumbnails, architectural presentations, logos, and packaging designs. Collaborate : Work closely with our architecture, marketing, and video teams to create visually integrated and impactful campaigns and projects. Brand Consistency : Uphold and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and projects. Client Projects : Innovation : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative. Experience with 3D modeling or rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion). Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects). Familiarity with print production processes and brand strategy. Illustration or sketching skills.
