Job Title: GSS Analyst - Finance

Job Location: India as per business requirement

Job Category: Financial Management

Employment Type: Full time

Reporting: Report to the Team leader as per Neo’s needs


Role Objective: Governance Finance Analyst role will be responsible for end-to-end finance management to validate invoices and work with client to release payments. Perform financial reporting, forecast, variance with strong fluency in excel formulas and functions. Strong finance background required.


In addition to client reports, they will also be responsible for creating project related reports for Neo Group management.


Responsibilities:

  • Support leads in data collection and validation to ensure accurate and reliable information and prepare and maintain financial reports and documents.
  • Independently manage all BAU tasks, adhering to SLA timelines and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail, ensuring error-free work consistently.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor and analyze financial trends, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights.
  • Work effectively with team members across various departments.


Experience and Skills:

  • Any graduate from reputed management institutes with strong academic record.
  • 3-6 years of experience in the outsourcing industry (IT, ITeS) with experience in working in Financial Management areas
  • Must have invoice management exposure
  • Experience in Contract Management and Accounts Payable knowledge will be added advantage


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with data validation techniques and tools to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of data management and organizational practices.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify key insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and error-free work.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical teams.


Compensation:

Total compensation will be a function of the successful candidate’s level of experience and fit.
