You will design, build, test, and deploycustom Salesforce, Data Cloud, and Agentforcesolutions based on customer needs.The role requires deep technical ownership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless system performance. You will also lead innovations acrossAgentforce agents, internal and external AI workflows, and prompt engineering frameworks .Additionally, this position may involve integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, contributing to AI/automation architectures, andmentoring junior developers .QualificationsCore Salesforce ExpertiseProficiency inApex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL , and Salesforce APIs.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration:flows, validation rules, reports/dashboards, sharing rules , and setup administration.Strong understanding ofSalesforce architecture , governor limits, and scalable design patterns.Experience in building complexREST/SOAP integrations , middleware orchestration, and data migrations.Data Cloud + Agentforce (Required)Hands-on experience withSalesforce Data Cloudincluding:Data streams, data model objects (DMOs), harmonization, identity resolution.Segmentation, activation, data transformations, and lakehouse integrations.Experience buildingAgentforce implementations , including:Internal and external AI agentsPrompt templates, guardrails, evaluation/testing center workflowsRetrieval strategies, knowledge grounding, and secure data access patterns.Ability to design end-to-end AI automation usingGenAI, Agentforce, and Data Cloud .Solution Design & LeadershipAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them intohigh-impact technical solutions .Experience leading development efforts, reviewing code, andmentoring junior developers .Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work across departments including product, data, engineering, and customer teams.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such asPlatform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, Data Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, Agentforce Consultant(preferred but not required).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldor equivalent strong practical experience .ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deployhigh-quality Salesforce features using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools.Lead implementation ofData Cloud solutions , including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and customer 360 use cases.Build and optimizeAgentforce agents(internal and external), including:Prompt templates and workflow logicAgent actions and retrieval patternsGuardrails and evaluation/testing center frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, Architecture, PM) to analyze business requirements andtranslate them into scalable technical designs .Develop and maintainintegrationsbetween Salesforce, Data Cloud, and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Conduct thoroughunit testing, regression testing, and agent evaluationsto ensure reliability, security, and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Salesforce platform, Data Cloud pipelines, and AI agent workflows.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, anddeliver accurate technical estimatesfor user stories and tasks.Maintain best practices forcode quality, CI/CD automation, version control, and environment management(scratch orgs, sandboxes, pipelines).Review code contributions and providementorshipto junior developers and cross-team members.Work closely with architects to ensure adherence toenterprise security, governance, and scalable design .Document solution designs, agent structures, prompt flows, technical decisions, and user guides.Identify opportunities toautomate manual processesusing flows, bots, Agentforce, and GenAI-powered solutions.Stay up to date with thelatest Salesforce, Data Cloud, and AI ecosystem featuresand bring innovative approaches to client projects.
