Open Academic Positions Assistant Professor- Associate Professor- Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME – B1.Mechanical Engineering- Electrical Engineering- Library and Information Science These are full-time, on-site positions involving active engagement in teaching, research, academic administration, and infrastructure/resource development. Faculty members are expected to contribute meaningfully to the institution’s academic excellence and the advancement of aviation education. ✅ Faculty: - Deliver lectures, tutorials, and hands-on lab/practical training.- Guide student projects and academic development.- Develop and participate in funded research and academic publications.- Manage physical and digital library resources.- Assist students and faculty in research access.- Maintain cataloguing, database, and acquisition systems.- Plan procurement of academic resources (books, journals, e-resources). Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability in the relevant field.- PhD preferred (mandatory for core engineering disciplines).- For AME Faculty:- 1 (Mechanical) or B2 (Avionics) license, or extensive DGCA module expertise.- Prior experience in CAR 147 Basic/Type Training organisations is highly desirable.- Instructors must hold a relevant degree/diploma with hands-on experience.- A librarian must have a degree in Library Science or equivalent, with digital proficiency.- Ready to shape the future of aviation education? - Apply now and be part of a leading institution driving excellence in aeronautics and engineering education.
