Should works on business requirement analysis and project management activities to support strategic regional and global projects focusing on Asia Pacific offices of Mizuho Bank. 2. Key objective of the team is to create business requirement documents, business process reengineering and digitalization support for efficiency enhancement, implantation support to IT and Operation group through pre UAT and UAT planning and user trairung. 3. Streamlining and standardization of operations across the region, enhancing governance and operational risk management are other objectives. 4. Demonstrable solid experience in the domain of requirement definition areas this encompasses stakeholder identification, requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, and requirement review. 5. Demonstrable experience in system design, system development, or validation. For candidates who have only been involved in validation, they should, at a minimum, possess experience in formulating and executing unit tests as well as system functional tests. 6. An acute attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation. This should align with the high standards established by seruor Mizuho Business Analysis leads. 7. Experience handling requirement definition in either the Markets Area for at least one of the following Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, India, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam or Myanmar 8. Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region to interact in person with Mizuho Front, Middle, and Back-Office teams to gather the necessary requirements. Mandatory skills: - To work as Business Analyst focusing on treasury and market area for the next gen core banking project. Proficiency in communicating fluently and concisely in English, encompassing both verbal and written communication (Japanese communication skills are not mandatory). Should be aware of Markets Area, knowledge of Front-, Middle and Back-Office domain is preferred. Hands-on experience in creating both a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and a Functional Requirement Document (FRD). Exposure to multiple countries would be a plus. Strong expertise in at least one domain is mandatory for markets area BA. Minimum of 5 years as BA who can-do disposition along with the ability to encourage business users to participate in requirements gathering activities (Le., interviews, workshops, document reviews, being shadowed, etc.) Qualification: - Graduate degree in Banking or Finance from a recognized University or a professional qualification in Project Management certifications, MBA Experience (Relevant): 10-20 years Address: - Mizuho Global Services India Pvt.
