Responsibilities
Design and execute HR strategies tailored to the unique demands of the real estate industry.
Partner with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals.
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent in the construction and real estate sectors.
Cultivate an employer brand that resonates with professionals in the industry.
Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Address employee grievances promptly and ensure robust conflict resolution mechanisms.
Promote diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
Establish metrics-driven performance management systems to align employee efforts with organizational goals.
Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation and talent development.
Benchmark compensation structures against real estate industry standards.
Regularly review and update benefits programs to remain competitive.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies tailored to the real estate environment.
Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve workforce productivity.
Prepare reports on HR trends and present actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Significant exposure to HR operations in Real Estate, Construction, or similar sectors is a must.
In-depth understanding of industry-specific challenges and workforce dynamics.
Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training in a project-driven environment.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and modern HR tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational acumen.
