Job Title: Content Writer / Senior Content Writer

Location: Sector 48, Gurugram (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread high-impact content, including:

  • Blog posts
  • Product and solution pages, landing pages
  • Case studies
  • Whitepapers & Research Papers
  • Email campaigns and newsletters
  • Social media posts
  • Sales collateral (brochures, pitch decks)

Content Planning: Collaborate with the Content Head to develop a content calendar aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.

Industry-Specific Content: Tailor content to showcase Dynamics 365’s capabilities in key sectors such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and finance, highlighting use cases, benefits, and competitive differentiators.

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Keyword Integration: Research and incorporate targeted keywords naturally to optimize content for search engines.
  • SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO strategies across all content, ensuring high visibility in search rankings and increased organic traffic.
  • Analytics Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of content pieces through metrics like engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings to refine and improve content strategies.

Thought Leadership Development

  • Industry Insights: Produce thought leadership content that positions Dynamics Square as a top expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital transformation.
  • Trend Analysis: Regularly research ERP/CRM industry trends and updates to keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with current market needs.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor content to identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities for differentiation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Marketing Coordination: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals, lead generation, and customer needs.
  • Content Enhancement: Collaborate with SEO’s, designers and developers to ensure content is visually engaging, user-friendly, and consistent across all materials.

Content Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on campaigns to measure impact and optimize content for better engagement and lead conversion.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in ERP, CRM, or technology-focused content.
  • BCA, MCA, bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or related fields (master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong command of SEO principles and proficiency with SEO/content marketing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Proven ability to simplify complex ERP/CRM concepts for various audiences.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP systems is a major advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
