Role Overview: We seek a talented Algorithm Builder to design and develop innovative traffic signal control algorithms for entire cities. This role is ideal for mathematicians or physicists with a passion for problem-solving, mathematical modelling, and real-world applications. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in improving traffic systems worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Develop advanced AI-based traffic signal control algorithms using mathematical and computational methods. Analyze traffic flow data and model traffic systems to identify optimization opportunities. Implement mathematical models and algorithms, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into software platforms. Perform simulations and testing to validate algorithm performance. Stay updated with advancements in mathematical modelling, graph theory, and traffic management. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph D in Mathematics, Physics, or related fields from a reputed institution. Mathematical Expertise: Strong foundation in set theory, linear algebra, calculus, graph theory, and probability. Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of programming.  Research-Oriented: Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications. Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with optimization techniques and machine learning algorithms. Knowledge of traffic simulation tools (e.g., SUMO, VISSIM). Mathematical understanding of neural networks, reinforcement learning, and other AI/ML basics.  Why Join Us?
