We are seeking a skilled SAP - S/4 HANA Technical Module Developer with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for designing, developing, and integrating SAP solutions to optimize business processes, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment .
• Create custom ABAP programs, CDS views, and OData services tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate on integration projects between SAP SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA .
• Develop and optimize interfaces, reports, workflows, and user interfaces using SAP Fiori .
• Work closely with functional consultants to gather and analyze requirements for technical implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flows, middleware, and system performance .
• Stay updated on HANA-based tools and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP technical development , with at least 2 years focused on S/4 HANA .
• Expertise in ABAP for HANA , including CDS views, AMDPs, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors , including integrations and custom extensions.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 for building modern user interfaces.
• Experience with middleware tools like SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for SuccessFactors integration.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows and HCM processes .
• Proven ability to work in service-based environments handling diverse industries like manufacturing, aviation, etc.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Experience with REST APIs , SOAP APIs , and other integration frameworks.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or ABAP on HANA .
