We are a leading, professionally managed Executive Search organization that identifies Senior Talent for our clients, World-Renowned MNCs and Indian Enterprises across diverse verticals. We do placements across functions and India.
Our clients are a leading organization offering niche products and services to the pharma, agriculture, and other industries. They have rapidly growing operations across India. Their high-value products (Rs. 10 lakhs—Rs. 70 lakhs) are sold B2 B to QC and R&D functions.
Our client focuses on offering pioneering, customer-focused solutions and services to enhance the efficiency of its pharmaceutical clients.
Our clients are looking for an accomplished Head of Sales & Business Development to lead a team of BDMs and take ownership of the Pan-India Business. The position will report to the CEO and be based in Pune.
Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.
Job Profile
1. Deliver Sales targets. Head and grow the business in India and neighboring countries
2. Build & nurture relationships with CXOs of pharmaceutical companies
3. Lead a team of Sales Executives
4. Explore and build credible new business opportunities for the organization's capabilities-based product solutions range of products and solutions in the non-pharma sector
5. Resolve technical queries and provide solutions to existing clients.
Candidate Profile
1. Education: Preferably BE & MBA
2. 10 - 20 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years experience as a Top management team member of a small or mid-sized company
2. Should have sold high-ticket products to R&D and QC of pharma organizations.
3. Must have led a team of at least 3+
4. Proven track record selling technical products or software solutions to corporations and manufacturing facilities.
5. Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical industry’s R&D or Manufacturing processes and exposure to handling Saa S service, cloud storage, and management service activities will be an advantage.
