Company Description Ankrib Brands Private Limited . we are building Authentic South Indian BrandRole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian cuisine. The CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in your specialty area. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health safety, monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins, and assisting the Sous Chef or Head Chef in the development of new dishes and menus. Other responsibilities include mentoring junior kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen inventory.QualificationsProven experience in preparing South Indian cuisineKnowledge of food hygiene and health safety regulationsStrong culinary skills and creativity in menu developmentLeadership and mentoring abilities for junior kitchen staffOrganizational skills for maintaining inventory and ordering suppliesExcellent teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and maintain composureRelevant culinary qualifications or certifications
