**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:**
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics for senior secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12), following the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach a range of topics including Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability, and Statistics.
- Prepare and organize lesson plans that cater to the varying learning abilities of students.
- Ensure students gain a deep understanding of mathematical concepts while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Classroom Management:**
- Maintain an effective and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Promote an interactive learning experience by encouraging student participation, discussions, and collaboration.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued.
- **Assessments and Feedback:**
- Design, administer, and grade tests, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students regarding their academic performance and areas for improvement.
- Track student progress and provide additional support to students who require assistance to meet learning goals.
- **Co-Curricular Activities:**
- Engage students in co-curricular activities related to mathematics, such as math fairs, math clubs, Olympiads, and competitions.
- Encourage and guide students to participate in inter-school academic events and competitions.
- **Professional Development:**
- Stay updated on the latest teaching techniques, methodologies, and curriculum changes in mathematics education.
- Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and training sessions to continuously enhance teaching practices.
- **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with other subject teachers and the school administration to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas needing attention.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Mathematics (M. Sc. in Mathematics) or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B. Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the senior secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics, with the ability to teach topics across multiple areas of the subject.
- Proven track record of preparing students for board examinations (CBSE/ICSE/IB).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in Mathematics.
