You will work on digital products across multiple industries in a fast-moving startup ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that requires creativity, ownership, and practical experience in designing seamless user experiences.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process for Saa S-based web and mobile applications – from concept to final UI.- Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align UX with business needs.- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.- Build and manage design systems to ensure UI consistency across projects.- Ensure smooth handoff to developers and support during implementation.- Work on multiple projects in Health Tech, Ed Tech, Fin Tech, and other verticals.Required Skills & Experience- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, especially for Saa S or B2 B platforms.- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design.- Ability to independently handle projects with minimal supervision.- Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (wireframes to final UI).- Good communication and presentation skills to explain design rationale.- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.Nice to Have- Exposure to startups or fast-paced agile teams.- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better dev collaboration.- Experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin, and project tools like Jira or Notion.- Visual design or branding skills are a plus.What We Offer- Work on impactful digital products across different sectors.- Autonomy and ownership over your design decisions.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Collaborative, growth-oriented work culture.- Locations: Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Delhi (with hybrid flexibility).Note: Priority will be given to immediate joiners and candidates with a strong portfolio of Saa S products.
