Job Title: Import/Export Executive Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: (Full-Time) About Us: We are a fast-growing (industry sector, e.g., manufacturing, trading, logistics, etc.) company, committed to expanding our global reach. We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Import/Export Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end import and export process, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Prepare and maintain documentation such as import/export declarations, invoices, and packing lists. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely arrival and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations related to international trade. Liaise with the finance and procurement teams to ensure smooth transactions and payment processing. Manage and update shipping and import/export records in the system. Provide regular updates to management on import/export operations and performance. Research and stay up-to-date on relevant customs and import/export laws and regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum (2-4) years of experience in import/export or logistics management. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using MS Office and relevant import/export management software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of international shipping practices and documentation. Fluency in (languages, if applicable) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with (specific regions/countries, e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.). Certification in logistics, shipping, or customs is a plus.
