QA Specialist ensures the quality and accuracy of asset types and deliverables for
identifying potential issues, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and industry
standards, and ultimately contributing to a positive customer experience. QA
Specialist will be responsible for quality metrics, proof to brief and coordination of
70% quality assurance on content & brand assets post production
 QUALITY ASSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
 Serve as the primary point of contact for content factory post production
Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly project/asset delivery status, quality
Thorough understanding of marketing and/or creative asset type delivery and
quality standard of Randstad brand.
 Plan, manage and project supply/delivery volume with Accenture.
 Manage assembly line delivery timelines, track delivery, and monitor progress,
Manage priorities with Project coordinator and resource allocation across the
assembly lines in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize efficiency and
the GCC team throughout the project lifecycle.
 Identify and mitigate potential risks or bottlenecks impacting project delivery
(time, resource, quality).

Experience with marketing and creative quality assurance in all forms (text,
audio and visual)
 Experience with a marketing/creative project management system (e.Excellent project and organizational management skills, highly organized and
In-depth knowledge of marketing/creative asset types and adherence to
brand guidelines.
 Understanding/awareness of marketing and gen AI creative tools
 Awareness of top, middle and bottom-funnel marketing and/or creative asset
In-depth understanding of and ability to execute on quality metrics
 Strong written and verbal English communication skills
 EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 BA/BSc in related field of study from an accredited college or equivalent
experience
 7+ years of marketing QA experience
 Working knowledge of project management and automation platform
com to ensure offshore team alignment with marketing workflows is a
Working knowledge of marketing automation and creative platforms like
asana, canva, adobe, etc is a plus
 Working knowledge of quality checks with respect to written and translated
