Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and Design:
• Prepare 2 D and 3 D drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using software such as Auto CAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
2. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs.
• Ensure designs are aligned with client requirements, project timelines, and budgets.
3. Documentation:
• Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation, including revisions and as-built drawings.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings and material submittals.
4. Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Identify and resolve potential design conflicts early in the drafting phase.
5. Site Support:
• Visit construction sites to gather measurements and data, if required.
• Provide support for resolving technical queries during project execution.
