We undertake ‘Design & Build’ projects in association with SWBI Architects-an Interior & Architecture Design Firm. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Design Leader proficient in working drawings and coordination, capable of supporting client interactions and site requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1.     Prepare layouts & complete working drawing sets 2.     Support concept development & senior presentations 3.     Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors & site teams 4.     Conduct site visits & resolve drawing-related queries 5.     Maintain document standards, accuracy & revision logs Key Requirements * Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design * 1-5 years’ experience in corporate interiors * Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp preferred) * Strong detailing & material understanding * Good communication & coordination skills
