We are looking for a smart, mature, and passionate recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has proven experience in managing volume hiring through new-age initiatives, and brings a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment across levels with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and candidate experience.Handle volume hiring in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Anticipate business requirements and proactively build a robust talent pipeline.Prepare, analyze, and present hiring data, reports, and dashboards to drive strategic decisions.Will be part of campus hiring initiatives and innovative talent acquisition campaigns.Conduct talent mapping and competition analysis to strengthen market intelligence.Partner with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities.Drive new-age TA initiatives, leveraging modern sourcing strategies, digital platforms, and employer branding campaigns to attract top talent.Desired Skills & Attributes:Strong market knowledge, networking skills, and ability to leverage talent communities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment data and reporting.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.High ownership, foresight, and a solution-oriented approach.Creativity in designing employer branding campaigns and new-age talent acquisition strategies.Experience in driving employer branding and innovative recruitment initiatives will be a plus.Proven expertise in volume hiring, campus recruitment, and executing strategic TA projectsAdaptable mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and evolve in a fast-changing environment.Qualifications:MBA in HR with 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
