This role will focus on driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including CRM, and Power Platform, for domestic clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.About the RoleSeeking a strategic and experienced lead role for Microsoft D365 to lead BizApps service line solutions. This role will focus on driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including CRM, and Power Platform, for domestic clients.Experience: 12+ yearsLocation: MumbaiResponsibilitiesLead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power AppsPreferably having COPILOT based scenarios implementation / POC executedCollaborate closely with Microsoft and clients to co-create solutionsEngage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsDrive delivery and pursue opportunities in the Indian market independentlyBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levelsQualificationsProven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power PlatformStrong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial servicesDemonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutionsAbility to work independently and manage client engagementsStrong understanding of the Indian business landscapeRequired SkillsProven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power PlatformStrong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial servicesDemonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutionsAbility to work independently and manage client engagementsStrong understanding of the Indian business landscapePreferred SkillsPreferably having COPILOT based scenarios implementation / POC executed
