Job Title: Test Automation Engineer
Location: Bhubaneswar, India (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts for complex, interdependent systems using the latest technologies and tools. If you are passionate about working in an Agile environment and have a strong background in both UI/web and API automation, we’d love to hear from you
Mandatory Skills:
- UI/Web Automation: Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium for automating web applications.
- API Automation: Proficiency in Rest Assured for API testing and automation.
- Test Automation Frameworks: Experience with Cucumber, Test NG, and Maven.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with Mongo DB or any other relational/non-relational database.
- Manual Testing: Solid experience with manual API testing using Postman and overall manual testing skills.
- Version Control & CI/CD Tools: Knowledge of Git Hub, JIRA, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.
- Agile Methodology: Practical experience in Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban).
Good to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Kafka and working knowledge of Java Script.
- Experience with Jasmine for testing in Java Script.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI/web applications and APIs using Selenium and Rest Assured.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases for different components of the system using Cucumber and Test NG frameworks.
- Perform manual API testing using Postman and document test results and defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation with CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.
- Track defects and support troubleshooting using JIRA.
- Continuously improve test coverage, test quality, and the overall automation process.
- Work within Agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-8 years of proven professional experience in test automation.
- Experience in developing and implementing automated test scripts for complex, interdependent systems.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.
- Solid experience in working with version control systems (Git Hub).
- Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber and BDD practices.
